While complete sacrilege to me, I cut up the postcards and cards sent to me (after taking photos, for I am a packrat after all). I created this to kept a memory of the cards, while trying to avoid adding to the huge stack of things I’ve saved but never reviewed…ever again.

I love the access to my friends’ handwriting and how it represents their effort to keep in touch with me.

Apparently, this is “Slam Book Journal” style, meaning everything is shoved in the book and less about being a “mean girl”.

I read all your posts and tweets, but rarely comment. Guess I’m just a lurker at heart 🙂

I like to think of handwriting as our fingerprints. I like your collage.

I’m behind on reading your blog, but I love your 30 days of art project! Love the collage above, as well. What a great way to preserve the memories of the cards folks have sent to you! Off to check out the rest of your month of art so far!
